IMA Texas Market Leader Eric Goldberg was invited to speak on Morning After, a Texas morning news podcast, to discuss effects of the Texas winter storm. In the feature, Morning After host Ron Corning and Goldberg discuss expected damage costs from the storm and the steps IMA has taken to support clients. Goldberg also offers advice that individuals check and rework their policies–and find an insurance broker to advocate on their behalf–so insurance claims are not denied.

“We represent many different insurance carriers, so when we’re talking to clients we’re understanding what their personal situation is, what they have, and what they’re trying to protect. We’re able to walk them through the process and be their advocate with the actual insurance company or the adjustor. If things don’t make sense, they can call us any time. We can help explain things, and if something gets denied or doesn’t feel right, then we’re there in the background to lean on our relationships with our carrier partners.” – Eric Goldberg
