A former business owner himself, Eric’s entrepreneurial background has shaped his client-first philosophy and commitment to building long-term, trusted relationships. Known for his relationship-driven leadership style, he empowers his teams to deliver customized solutions that address each client’s unique needs.

Eric earned his Certified Schools Risk Manager (CSRM) designation in 2014. He resides in Denver with his wife and their golden retriever, and he is passionate about giving back to the community through his volunteer work with Food For Thought, an organization dedicated to providing meals to children and families facing food insecurity.
